About Evalufit
Caty: Founder and Personal Trainer
Hi! I'm Caty, founder of Evalufit, fitness fanatic and certified personal trainer (by ISSA - International Sports Sciences Association).
Before getting pregnany with my daughter, you'd find me in the gym 4-5 times a week. After she was born, as happens with a lot of new moms, it took a lot for me to get back into shape. I missed going to the gym, not just for the physical benefits, but also the mental ones. However, with a new baby and a demanding full-time job, I had no energy or time to work out.
That's when evalufit was born. You don't have to spend hours in the gym to get a good workout. Workouts can be short and be effective, as long as they're properly designed. And being short, you never get bored! With just three 30-minute sessions a week, you can start to notice the changes in your body and your mind - I did!
With the help of a network of experts in fitness and nutrition that contribute as writers, I created this page to offer free workouts and exercise guides to help you get fit at home - all free - as well as expert nutrition guides and tips.
I hope you enjoy the site and that the information you find her can help you achieve your fitness goals!
